Sales Development Representative

About Us

Gambit is the AI-native resilience platform that ensures digital continuity never expires. It unifies governance across cloud, backups, security tools, and IaC, mapping applications, identifying gaps, and validating recovery paths in real time. Gambit turns resilience assumptions into business certainty before an incident ever occurs.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to help fuel Gambit's outbound pipeline. You'll be the first conversation many prospects have with Gambit — researching accounts, running targeted outreach, and booking qualified meetings for our Account Executives. This is a great fit for someone who already knows what it takes to succeed in an SDR seat and is hungry to learn a new product and space.

About the role

• Prospect into target accounts through a mix of cold calls, emails, and social outreach to build a qualified pipeline.
• Research and qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify strong-fit prospects for Gambit's platform.
• Run outbound sequences and dialer campaigns using Nooks and Salesforce to maximize outreach efficiency.
• Book qualified meetings for Account Executives and support smooth handoffs.
• Keep account, contact, and activity data accurate and up to date in Salesforce.
• Quickly get up to speed on Gambit's product, the cyber resilience space, and our buyers' priorities.
• Partner closely with Account Executives and Marketing to refine messaging and targeting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 6 months of experience as an SDR/BDR; candidates with strong internship experience in a similar role will also be considered.
• Solid understanding of the SDR role - what great outbound looks like and how it fits into the broader sales cycle.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred; experience with Nooks and LinkedIn Sales Navigator a plus.
• Coachable and eager to learn - comfortable ramping quickly on a new product and a technical space.
• Cybersecurity or technical sales background is a plus, but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, resilience, and a genuine curiosity about why prospects do what they do.
