Sales Consultant | Ambius

• Do you love the buzz of closing high-value commercial deals?
• Are you passionate about design, spatial wellbeing, and transforming major corporate environments?
• Do you thrive on hunting for new business across large enterprise accounts while building lasting relationships?
• If so, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

At Ambius, interior landscaping means far more than just potted plants. Our business is built on scientific research proving that indoor plants dramatically improve air quality, workplace wellness, and brand perception in high-density work environments.

From striking green walls in blue-chip corporate headquarters to bespoke plant displays in major office towers, hotel lobbies, and premium commercial spaces-our team creates environments that inspire employees and impress clients.

To support our expanding portfolio and growing pipeline of opportunities, we are seeking a high-performing, driven Sales Consultant to join our Melbourne team, focusing on key corporate office targets. In this role, you will leverage your outstanding business development skills to win new accounts across major offices and large corporate headquarters while nurturing high-value existing relationships. You’ll use a consultative approach, taking facility managers, architects, and corporate decision-makers from concept to contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Corporate Revenue: Proactively acquire new B2B accounts through targeted outreach to large corporate offices, enterprise facilities, and property management groups.
• Consultative Selling: Engage senior stakeholders and workplace experience directors to understand spatial requirements, corporate wellness goals, and budgetary limits.
• Solution Design & Presentation: Create, pitch, and close bespoke plantscape solutions and biophilic design concepts tailored to major corporate office layouts.
• Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust pipeline of medium-to-large commercial opportunities to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Account Strategy & Retention: Maintain executive-level relationships across key corporate accounts to foster long-term retention and expansion.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven B2B Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in outbound sales, contract negotiations, and winning new business within major corporate or enterprise sectors.
• Corporate Savvy: High-level communication skills with the versatility to pitch confidently to C-suite executives, facility managers, and architects.
• Eye for Design / Horticultural Knowledge: A natural flair for spatial aesthetics and interior design; prior knowledge of horticulture or interior plantscaping is ideal (though not essential).
• Strategic Territory Planning: Ability to identify, map out, and cold-call key corporate targets across the Melbourne metro area.
• Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work closely with operational teams to ensure flawless execution on large-scale corporate installs.

What We Offer:

You will join a friendly, high-energy sales team dedicated to exceeding targets. We provide comprehensive product and technical training alongside hands-on support from our Sales Manager and Operations team.

Package includes:

• Competitive base salary + lucrative commission structure
• Fully maintained company vehicle
• Mobile phone and laptop
• Ongoing career progression within an industry-leading global network

Note: The successful candidate must pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening, and background checks.
