Sales Account Manager

The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, account expansion, and managed services adoption across new and existing customers. This role is designed for a commercially strong sales professional with prior System Integration (SI) experience and proven capability in selling managed services, not just hardware or software. The candidate must be able to engage business owners, IT leaders, partners, and decision- makers with confidence, translate technical requirements into business value, and manage opportunities from prospecting to closure.

• Work closely with technical and delivery teams to develop the right solution and proposal.

• Clearly communicate how Hubb IT’s services can help customers reduce IT risks, improve responsiveness, strengthen cybersecurity and support business continuity.

• Focus on business outcomes and long-term value rather than transactional or price-driven selling.

Own Your Pipeline

• Keep CRM records, opportunity stages, forecasts and follow-ups up to date.

• Participate in weekly sales reviews and take ownership of your opportunities, next steps and commitments.

• Work closely with management and technical teams to move opportunities from discovery to closure.

Develop the Partner Ecosystem

• Build relationships with System Integrators, Managed Service Providers, technology vendors, distributors and strategic partners.

• Identify opportunities where Hubb IT can complement existing partner capabilities.

• Develop joint opportunities across managed services, cybersecurity, infrastructure, IT talent and workflow solutions.

• Experience selling managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud migration/operations, infrastructure support, endpoint management, backup & recovery or helpdesk services.
