About the Role
We're looking for a Sales Account Manager to drive growth across Latin America. You'll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — helping mid-market and enterprise companies transform how they manage sales commissions over our platform Compensix.
This is a high-impact role where you'll work directly with VP Sales, Finance Directors, and HR leaders who are frustrated with Excel spreadsheets and manual commission calculations.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for LATAM markets (Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Argentina)
- Conduct discovery calls and product demos to understand customer pain points
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities in HubSpot
- Develop proposals and negotiate contracts with decision-makers
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and handoff
- Provide market feedback to Product team on feature requests and competitive insights
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally selling to HR, Finance, or Sales leaders
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise accounts in Latin America
- Native Spanish speaker with professional English proficiency
- Strong discovery and consultative selling skills
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have
- Experience selling HR tech, payroll, or sales performance software
- Existing network of contacts in target industries (retail, financial services, real estate, tech)
- Portuguese proficiency for Brazil expansion
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
- Equity participation
- Remote-first culture with flexible hours
- Health insurance
- Equipment and home office budget
- Learning and development allowance
