Sales Account Executive

Company Overview

A fast-growing HRTech platform is expanding its presence across Latin America and is looking for an entrepreneurial sales professional to help build and grow the market from the ground up.

The platform uses technology and AI to help organizations improve their hiring processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing.

Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic Sales Account Executive to drive commercial expansion across Latin America. This role requires strong familiarity with the Mexican and broader LATAM enterprise landscape, a consistent track record against quota, and the entrepreneurial drive to build a market from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Pipeline Generation & Sales Execution

• Own the full sales cycle, from identifying target accounts and outbound prospecting through discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing.

• Build and manage a pipeline across mid-market and enterprise accounts in Mexico and the broader LATAM region, primarily targeting HR leaders and Talent Acquisition teams.

• Lead consultative discovery calls and product demonstrations focused on understanding customer hiring challenges and business needs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Market Insight

• Work closely with marketing, SDRs, and customer success teams to maintain a healthy pipeline and improve conversion.

• Maintain accurate CRM data and forecasting to support informed sales and business decisions.

Market Development

• Identify partnership opportunities and new growth opportunities across LATAM.

• Contribute to refining the go-to-market strategy as the business expands beyond Mexico into the wider LATAM market.

• Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to help shape regional sales strategy.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of B2B or SaaS sales experience with full-cycle ownership, from prospecting through signed contract.

• Strong knowledge of the Mexican market and broader LATAM enterprise landscape, including procurement processes and enterprise buying dynamics.

• Consistent track record of achieving sales targets or quota.

• Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise customers, ideally within HRTech, AI, SaaS, recruitment technology, or a related B2B technology environment.

• Native-level Spanish with strong business English. Portuguese is a plus.

• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce, with strong pipeline management and data hygiene.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a high level of ownership.
