About DAKCS
DAKCS is a 40-year industry veteran in accounts receivable management and collection software. Collecting payments is an integral part of any business, but it can be tedious, time-consuming, and expensive. Our B2B SaaS solutions leverage artificial intelligence and four decades-worth of data to streamline your collections process through automation and consumer self-service.

We are a small, tight-knit team that values a human approach to relationships. We provide a stable, casual environment where your voice carries weight, and take pride in a workspace built on mutual respect and genuine employee appreciation—which is exactly why we’ve been named a Top Workplace in Utah.

What You’ll Do

• Hunt and Self-Generate: Proactively prospect and build your own pipeline through high-volume outbound outreach. You won't sit around waiting for inbound leads—you take control of your own pipeline.
• Master Creative Prospecting: Combine traditional outbound channels (cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn) with bold, non-traditional outreach methods to stand out in executive inboxes.
• Uncover Deep Business Pain: Conduct discovery that digs past surface-level issues, tying customer pain directly to financial impact and showing how DAKCS delivers clear ROI.
• Handle and Resolve Objections Head-On: Seamlessly address complex prospect concerns, reframe hesitation into value opportunities, and drive deals forward with zero fear of rejection.
• Own Enterprise Sales Cycles: Guide C-suite decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, Presidents, Directors of Revenue Cycle) through complex, multi-stakeholder deals, managing each stage with project-management precision.
• Deliver Tailored Software Demos: Present complex SaaS and AI capabilities clearly, customizing demonstrations to solve each prospect's unique operational friction.
• Execute High-Level Negotiations: Drive deal terms, pricing structures, and contract agreements with authority and poise—balancing firm commercial boundaries with strong relationship-building to close win-win enterprise agreements.

What We Need

• Proven Track Record: 1–5 years of successful B2B Account Executive experience, OR a top-performing SDR/BDR (or BDR Lead/Manager) with a history of crushing quotas and a readiness to step into a full-cycle AE role.
• Relentless Grit and Rejection Immunity: Unshakeable stamina, an extraordinary work ethic, and the ability to convert initial friction or rejection into sales momentum.
• Advanced Negotiation Comfort: Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with executive decision-makers, hold standard pricing tiers, and close complex commercial contracts without sacrificing margin.
• Executive Presence and Financial Storytelling: Comfort presenting to top-level executives, with the ability to translate technical features into high-level business value.
• Technical Fluency: Ability to quickly understand software architecture and translate technical functionalities into simple, everyday language for non-technical buyers.
• Smart Tool Adoption: Aptitude for leveraging modern AI tools and sales technologies to work faster, while keeping a high-touch, human approach at the core of your outreach.
• Quota Comfort: Thrives under healthy performance pressure and brings demonstrable proof of hitting or exceeding revenue targets in past roles.

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Competitive Athletics Background: Former Division I, Division II, or high-level collegiate athlete who thrives on competition, accountability, and team success.
• The "Mamba Mentality": Inspired by Kobe Bryant's relentless work ethic and obsession with continuous improvement—you read every sales book, listen to methodology podcasts, analyze your own call recordings, and constantly refine your craft. (Negative points though if you actually cheer for the Lakers...)
• The 5 AM Club: Early-risers who bring high discipline, structure, and intentionality to their daily routine before the day even starts.
• Tech/AI Enthusiast: Early adopter who loves testing new tools, prompt engineering, and finding innovative ways to automate manual sales workflows.
• Extreme Ownership Mentality: You don't blame market conditions, lead quality, or timing. You own your activity, your numbers, and your outcomes.
• Scrappy Entrepreneurial Energy: A track record of running side projects, launching ventures, or taking calculated risks that show an owner's mindset.
