SaaS Sales Executive - We are growing! (Multiple Hires)

Every deal you close on this team means one more bank, credit union, or cybersecurity-exposed organization with a clearer, more confident view of its cyber risk. TRAC, SBS's cyber risk management platform, enables organizations to identify, assess, monitor, and communicate risk through actionable insights and data-driven reporting, empowering leaders to make informed decisions and prioritize resources effectively. This is why the sales conversation feels different here. You're not pushing software; you're helping risk, compliance, and IT leaders finally see what they've been missing.

As a SaaS Sales Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle for TRAC — from first conversation to signed contract — and become a trusted advisor to the clients you bring on board. We want someone who's genuinely energized by regulated industries and the people trying to do right by them, not just someone chasing a number.

Why Choose SBS?
At SBS we are focused on putting people first and doing the right thing. We strongly believe our people are our number one asset and strive to provide an enjoyable working environment where employees feel supported, valued, and challenged. Join SBS CyberSecurity and you will:

• Be part of a company that makes its culture a priority.
• Enjoy a flexible and family-friendly environment with the benefit of working from home.
• Receive competitive wages and an excellent benefits package with many premiums paid for by the company.
• Be encouraged to continue growing in your profession with reimbursement for industry certifications and education.
• Work with a team that relies on our core values of passion, compassion, innovation, and empowerment when interacting with customers and each other.

What you'll do:

This role is yours to run - you'll build pipeline, close deals, and become the person your client calls first.

• Proactively identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities for TRAC software across assigned territories or verticals.
• Develop a deep understanding of TRAC’s capabilities and its value proposition for clients in banking, finance, healthcare, and other regulated sectors.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations to C-level executives, IT, compliance, and risk management teams (up to 50% of your time may be spent preparing and giving demos.)
• Collaborate with marketing to convert leads from campaigns, webinars, and conferences into opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms in alignment with company guidelines.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Represent SBS CyberSecurity at industry events, trade shows, and conferences as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity trends, risk management frameworks, and regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., FFIEC, NIST, HIPAA, GLBA).
