Insurance Product Marketing Manager — Americas

Content, Campaigns & Market Noise | Insurance Software & BPS

Key search terms: Insurance Product Marketing | Content | Digital Product Marketer | Agentic AI | Marketing Influenced Demand Generation | GTM | Sales Enablement Insurance

About the Role

We are looking for a high-velocity Product Marketing expert to join our Insurance Software & BPS team. This is a content and product launch campaign-first role built for someone who produces at volume, moves at speed, and knows how to create sustained market noise across digital channels, events, and sales enablement.

You understand insurance to speak credibly to carriers, MGAs, and brokers. You are adept at taking message pillars and then translating them for tech and non-technical audiences. You also manage getting content out to the right places in the right formats to cut through: thought leadership, campaign assets, social content, enablement materials, and more — fast and at scale.

This is the role for a digital-native marketer who is energized by outpacing competitors for mindshare, who knows how to ignite customer-centric narratives, and who influences effectively across every channel where the market pays attention. Measures of success are volume and quality of noise created in the market. If you’re the kind of person who finishes a campaign and immediately asks “what’s next?” — we want to meet you.

What You´ll Do

• Content production and message amplification at volume.

• Campaign composition recommendations and execution: plan, build, and launch multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness and pipeline.

• Sales enablement support: arm the sales teams with sharp, current, competitive content that helps them win conversations and accelerate deals.

• Competitive intelligence: monitor the InsurTech and insurance technology landscape and translate it into content and positioning that keeps DXC ahead of the narrative.

• Event and webinar support: develop content and materials for industry events, webinars, and speaking opportunities — and occasionally take the mic yourself.

• Collaboration: work closely with global marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure message consistency and campaign alignment.

Who You Are

• Proven track record as a high-output content creator or product marketer — you have a portfolio and you’re proud of it.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

• Experience in insurance, InsurTech, AI or technology marketing — you understand the buyer and the business context.

• Strong digital marketing skills: content strategy, social media, email campaigns, SEO, and campaign analytics.

• Ability to write clearly and compellingly for multiple formats and audiences — from a LinkedIn post to a C-suite white paper.

Strongly Preferred:

• Familiarity with insurance technology — policy administration systems, BPS, agentic AI, or platform modernization.

• Experience supporting or collaborating with sales teams on enablement content.

• Comfort working across time zones with a global team.

Attributes we’re looking for:

• A relentless content engine — you produce, publish, and promote without being asked twice.

• A journalism mindset — curious, fast, and always hunting for the angle that makes the story land.

• Organized and self-directed — you manage multiple workstreams without dropping balls.

• Collaborative and low-ego — you make the team and the message better.

• Passionate about AI, InsurTech innovation, and the transformation of the insurance industry.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment where output is visible and impact is measurable.

Work Environment

• If you live within 40 km (25 miles) of a DXC office, you are expected to work onsite at least two days per week.

• Hiring within US region

At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success. Our work model prioritizes in-person collaboration while offering flexibility to support wellbeing, productivity, individual work styles, and life circumstances. We’re committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.
