Senior Business Analyst on a 6+ month contract in downtown Toronto, responsible for requirements gathering, data analysis with Power BI, testing strategy/execution, and leveraging AI platforms to support business analysis and process optimization.

Hybrid - Resources are expected to come into the office 4 days per week. Starting January 5, resources are expected to come into the office 5 days per week.
Contract - 6+ months
Security Level: CRJMC (must get clearance before start date)
Must-Have's:
- 10+ years of experience in a business analyst capacity, with demonstrated work outlined clearly.
- Experience conducting requirements gathering and developing documentation.
- Able to do data analysis for large databases by using power BI and creating dashboards.
- Experience in creating testing strategy, test cases and perform end to end testing.
- Experience working with AI platforms, and technology and tools to support data analysis, dashboard creation, or process optimization.
- Experience working with AI tools or platforms (e.g., Azure AI, Google Cloud AI, OpenAI, etc.) to support business analysis, automate processes, or enhance user experience.
