RN SUPER FLH SURG

The Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) provides comprehensive perioperative nursing care, including preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative support. Working within the scope of practice, the RNFA assists the surgeon during procedures by performing delegated technical tasks such as tissue handling, exposure, hemostasis, and wound closure.
