This is a per diem/casual, non-benefited position generally working varied weekdays from 0730-1600. Training will ideally be Monday-Friday from 0730-1600 for about two weeks. Hours will vary as needed. Located at Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla.

What you'll do\:
- This position is ~30% direct patient care and ~70% administrative (patient phone calls, order entry, coordination with breast center staff)
- Ensure Scripps patients and their families have an exceptional health care experience.
- Provides direct patient care within the scope of practice.
- Patient care includes compliance with patient assessments and care tasks, triaging, completion of clinical procedures, emergency protocols and medication administration.
- Works collaboratively with the other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.
- Must be compassionate and empathetic.
