Rice Campaign Manager

The Rice Campaign Manager is accountable for designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns for Syngenta’s hybrid rice portfolio, spanning institutional stakeholders, general trade, and farmers, to build demand, credibility, and long-term adoption of hybrid rice.

The role plays a critical part in positioning Syngenta hybrid rice as a preferred market choice and trusted partner in achieving rice sufficiency, productivity improvement, and food security goals, while simultaneously driving grower-level conversion, education, and brand loyalty in the general trade.

Working under the Grower Marketing Manager (GMM), the Rice Campaign Manager ensures that rice campaigns are policy-aware, stakeholder-aligned, execution-ready, and commercially impactful across national, regional, and local levels.
