RevOps Delivery Specialist - [GTM Strategy + Engineering Agency]

Salary: Excellent Salary + Bonus + Shares Opportunity

Highlights

• Own client delivery end to end at a growing GTM consultancy, working directly with the two co-founders

• A genuine, performance-based pathway to a meaningful equity stake in the business

• Hands-on work across a modern stack: Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, HeyReach, n8n and Claude

• Fully remote, anywhere in Australia

• A role designed to become more strategic as the firm's automation matures

The company you'll join

• This is a GTM revenue consulting firm spanning strategy and engineering: they design, build and run outbound revenue systems for their clients, combining go-to-market strategy with hands-on technical delivery.

• Their clients include private equity-backed SaaS companies, industrial technology businesses, fintechs and established B2B companies more broadly.

• The work is genuinely end-to-end, from ICP and messaging strategy through data enrichment and campaign execution to reporting and optimisation, all delivered as a managed system rather than one-off projects.

• AI sits at the centre of how the firm operates, with a proprietary client delivery platform and Claude in daily use across the business.

• The business is founder-led and deliberately small and senior, with no layers between you and the people who own it.

• One co-founder leads growth and client strategy, while the other heads GTM engineering, building the systems that progressively automate delivery.

• The client base is growing, and delivery currently sits with the co-founders. This role exists so it doesn't have to.

• This is a strategic hire for the future growth of the company, and the founders are backing it with equity: perform in the seat and there's a genuine pathway to a meaningful shareholding.

• You'll be joining a focused operation with proven client demand, established delivery infrastructure and a clear plan for where this seat grows as the business scales.

The impact you'll make

• You'll own client delivery end to end, turning agreed strategy into a sequenced weekly plan for every client and keeping the work on track.

• You'll run the campaign and data layer hands-on, covering list builds, enrichment, campaign setup and ongoing management across Clay, Apollo, Smartlead and HeyReach.

• You'll analyse client and campaign data and bring recommendations to the table, with real input into what changes and why.

• You'll draft ICPs, personas and messaging to around 80%, with a co-founder reviewing and refining before anything reaches a client.

• You'll join client calls and will be a key contact for existing clients.

• As the firm's automation absorbs more of the manual work, your time shifts toward analysis, strategy and quality, so the role is designed to grow with you.

The experience you'll bring

• At least 3 years' experience running B2B outbound or GTM delivery end to end, most likely at a lead generation or GTM agency, or in a RevOps or growth operations seat.

• Hands-on experience across the modern GTM stack, ideally Clay, Apollo and Smartlead or close equivalents, with genuine strength in data.

• You use AI daily in your work and pick up new tools quickly.

• You can draft credible ICP, persona and messaging work, not just operate the tools.

• You're naturally organised: you plan before you build, sequence work properly, and test before anything ships.

• Culturally, you're a clear and direct communicator who works well in a small senior team without needing close management.

• On offer, a competitive salary package, a fully remote role and a genuine performance-based pathway to a meaningful equity stake in the business.
