A Revit Project Coordinator joins a Sydney architecture studio as second-in-command to a Project Leader on large multi-residential and private aged care projects across NSW — coordinating consultants, managing Revit documentation, tracking programmes and resolving technical issues, with a structured path toward Project Leader level.
This is a strong stepping-stone role for someone who is already trusted with coordination and delivery, but wants more exposure to project leadership before taking full ownership of a job.
You’ll work as the 2IC to a Project Leader across large-scale multi-residential developments and private aged care residences in NSW. The role will give you much broader involvement than a pure documentation position, with responsibility across consultant coordination, Revit documentation, project information, programme tracking, technical resolution and day-to-day team support.
You’ll be helping keep complex projects moving through design development, tender and construction, coordinating structural, services and specialist consultants, reviewing incoming information, resolving documentation issues and supporting the Project Leader with client communication and project priorities. You’ll also be involved in maintaining drawing quality, managing coordination across packages and making sure technical information is properly resolved before it reaches site.
It’s well suited to someone who enjoys the delivery side of architecture and is ready to take the next step towards Project Leader level, but wants to build that experience in a structured environment rather than being expected to run everything alone from day one.
What makes this one worth considering:
• Genuine pathway towards Project Leader level
• Work on large and significant multi-residential projects across NSW
• Build specialist exposure in private aged care and seniors living
• Broader involvement in client, consultant and project decision-making
• Strong long-term pipeline and career stability
• Opportunity to grow within a business that has a track record of internal progression
• International and domestic study trips
• 1 day WFH flexibility
• Active and social studio environment
