Carve the way for Zenith to Sell Smarter
This role is for someone who wants to put AI to work in the day-to-day of a sales and partnerships team and can show the results. It isn't a CRM admin role. You'll own how AI shows up across our sales and marketing engine and make our commercial teams measurably faster and sharper.
We're backed by private equity and investing in our next phase of growth. As AI and automation change the way businesses transact, we're building the products and team to help lead that change. You'll report to our Chief Commercial Officer and see your work make a difference across the whole business.
Why Zenith
- A competitive remuneration package
- A supportive, values-led culture where strong performance is recognised and people have genuine opportunities to grow their careers
- 5 Odd Job Days a year on top of annual leave, for personal errands and events (after 12 months)
- Generous paid parental leave
- Regular Zenith Awards and a commitment to diversity and inclusion
The Role
As Revenue Operations / GTM AI Specialist, you'll sit at the intersection of revenue operations, sales and marketing technology and applied AI. You'll own our go-to-market data and reporting foundations, then build on top of them, using AI agents and automation to improve forecasting, lead scoring, pipeline hygiene and seller productivity. You'll be just as comfortable running a forecast call as configuring an AI agent or writing a prompt. Based in Sydney (Mascot), this is a permanent, full-time role, primarily office based.
What You'll Do
- Own HubSpot data integrity, pipeline hygiene and reporting across the sales and partnerships teams
- Build and maintain dashboards and executive reporting on pipeline, forecast accuracy and commercial performance
- Support territory, targets and compensation reporting with the CCO and Finance
- Spot process gaps in our go-to-market motion and design the fix, from lead routing through to deal desk
- Evaluate, pilot and roll out AI tools and agents across our sales and marketing stack, such as lead scoring, meeting intelligence, forecast modelling and outbound personalisation
- Design and build automated workflows that use AI to prioritise accounts, surface signals and cut manual research and admin
- Own prompt design and configuration for AI agents in our tools, and keep them accurate as our data and processes change
- Set clear success measures for each AI workflow (time saved, conversion lift, forecast accuracy) and report on adoption and impact
- Work with IT and external vendors on choosing and governing new AI tools, including data access and compliance
- Be the go-to person for what AI can and can't responsibly do in our commercial work, turning open-ended ideas from the CCO and sales leaders into scoped, working tools
- Work closely with Sales, Partnerships, Marketing and Product to find where manual effort is slowing us down
- Train and support our teams in using new AI-enabled tools and workflows, and bring fresh ideas back into Zenith as the field changes
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years in revenue operations, sales operations or GTM operations, ideally in a B2B or payments environment
- Hands-on experience with CRM and GTM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce, including workflow and automation set-up
- Practical experience building or configuring AI agents, automations or AI-enabled workflows in a commercial setting, using tools such as Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier, or the AI features built into CRM and sales platforms
- Comfort writing and refining prompts, and a genuine interest in what AI can and can't reliably do in a go-to-market setting
- Strong analytical skills, and the ability to find the story in pipeline, forecasting and performance data
- Clear communication with both technical stakeholders and commercial leaders, including the CCO and sales leadership
- Experience running vendor or tool evaluations, including data access, security and compliance considerations
Nice to have: experience in payments, fintech or another regulated industry like Python or JavaScript for more advanced automation, experience with tools like Gong, Outreach or 6sense
