Analyze revenue processes across marketing, sales, and finance to turn data into actionable insights, define metrics, and improve business decisions using SQL, Python, and BI tools.
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst (Freelance / Contract) to support the improvement of how we use data across marketing, sales, customer success, product, and billing.
The assignment focuses on understanding how our revenue processes perform, identifying the reasons behind changing results, and turning data into actionable insights. You will analyse performance, define meaningful metrics, combine data from different systems, investigate patterns, and validate assumptions.
Your work should contribute to measurable improvements. This may include supporting better business decisions, improving existing processes, or introducing automations that reduce manual effort and increase reliability.
Reporting and dashboards are part of the assignment, but they are not the end goal. Each analysis should address a relevant business question and provide a clear foundation for decision-making.
You will support the implementation of selected solutions, including data models, dashboards, automations, and process improvements. The primary focus remains on analysis and generating insights, with implementation following where the expected impact and measurement approach are clearly defined.
Relevant professional experience is preferred but not mandatory. We value strong analytical judgement, accuracy, technical understanding, independence, and the ability to quickly learn and deliver high-quality results.
What We Offer:
Clear Responsibilities and Support:
You’ll always know what’s expected of you, and you’ll work in an environment where mistakes are seen as valuable opportunities to learn.
A Shared Commitment to Outstanding Results:
Our team is passionate about achieving excellence and values your contribution as an essential part of our success. Together, we accomplish great things.
Personal Growth and Ownership:
We encourage self-motivation and personal accountability, empowering you to deliver exceptional results.
Dynamic Feedback for Continuous Learning:
You’ll receive direct and timely feedback, enabling you to adapt quickly to change and continuously improve.
Open Communication and Professional Development:
We foster open communication and actively support your personal and professional growth.
A Results-Driven Mindset Focused on Company Success:
Our goal is to achieve results that move the company forward. Your commitment to our shared success is highly valued.
Team Days, Summer Parties, and Christmas Celebrations: Regular events that strengthen team spirit and make work more enjoyable.
Corporate Benefits: Enjoy a range of employee discounts and perks.
Dog-Friendly Workplace: Bring your four-legged friend to work.
Bike Leasing: Take advantage of our bike leasing program for a greener and healthier commute.
You will not be assigned a fixed list of reports to create. Instead, you are expected to question unclear results, challenge weak definitions, and develop your own perspective based on the available data.
Important business questions should be followed from the initial analysis through to a verified conclusion. Where improvements are identified, you will support their implementation and help measure their impact.
The assignment requires initiative, persistence, and ownership of outcomes. It does not require permanent availability. Work is evaluated based on quality, reliability, and business impact rather than time spent online.
You will receive support while independently managing your assigned areas of analysis. You will have the opportunity to improve existing methods, develop better approaches, and contribute your own ideas.
Equal Opportunity
We welcome applications from all qualified candidates. Selection decisions are based on skills, potential, and suitability for the assignment.
