About Uber Restaurant Marketing (B2B Delivery Marketing)
The Restaurant Marketing team is a newly established, high-impact group focused on driving growth for both restaurant partners and the Uber Eats platform across EMEA.
Our mission is to bring more of the restaurants that eaters love onto the platform and unlock incremental growth by helping partners reach new customers, increase order volume, and maximize performance. We do this by combining strong partner collaboration with data-driven insights and scalable marketing programs that deliver measurable business impact.
We’re building an entrepreneurial, partner-focused team that identifies growth opportunities and translates them into effective, results-driven marketing initiatives across diverse EMEA markets.
About the Role
We’re looking for a growth-oriented Regional Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts across the UK/ES or DE/FR markets, with a focus on expanding our restaurant partner base and accelerating growth in these priority, underpenetrated regions.
In this role, you will own Marketing’s contribution to business growth, partnering closely with regional Commercial teams to drive penetration across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments. You will develop and execute full-funnel marketing programs that build Uber Eats brand preference, generate high-quality restaurant leads, and support pipeline growth.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product Marketing, and Comms to deliver integrated campaigns across channels, including digital, events, email, and content. A deep understanding of your target audience, including decision-makers and influencers, and the regional channels that best reach them, will be critical to success.
Reporting to the Head of International B2B Marketing, this is a newly created role within a fast-growing team, with the opportunity to shape and scale regional marketing programs across diverse EMEA markets.
