What Success Looks Like

A successful Project Manager / Working Foreman does more than supervise workers.

You will be expected to own the outcome of each assigned renovation.

Success means:

Clear Scope. Right Crew. Right Materials. Controlled Costs. Quality Work. On-Time Completion.

We are looking for someone who sees a problem and develops a solution—not someone who waits to be told what to do.

If you have the construction knowledge, leadership ability, local relationships, and drive to take a residential property from renovation plan to finished home, we want to hear from you.
