Reroof Sales - Commercial Roofing

Commercial Reroof – Sales

Rackley Roofing | Full Service Industrial & Commercial Roofing | Nashville, TN

Why this role is worth a look

Top performers on our team earn $250,000 or more. You'll get a solid base salary plus uncapped commission, so what you make depends on how much you sell.

If you've sold roofing before, you may know this one. You close the deal, and then the company can't deliver. The crew shows up late, the job runs over, or the quality isn't what you promised. Now your name is on it, the customer stops taking your calls, and the referrals you worked for are gone. At Rackley, our production and service teams deliver what you sell, so every job you close helps you win the next one.

This job is not about chasing one sale after another with nothing behind you. You'll build relationships with property owners, asset managers, and facility teams who come back year after year. And because Rackley is a full-service commercial roofing company, you can offer them everything they need: new roofing, sheet metal, waterproofing, and ongoing service work. More to sell means more ways to get paid.

What's in it for you

• Real earning potential. Base salary plus uncapped commission, with top performers earning $250K or more.
• More than one way to win. You earn on large projects and on recurring work orders, so a strong book of business keeps paying you.
• A team that delivers what you sell. You focus on selling, and our operations, production, and service crews handle the work. You won't be left apologizing for a bad install, and happy customers turn into repeat business and referrals.
• A growing Nashville market. Middle Tennessee keeps building, and there is plenty of opportunities for someone who likes to hunt.
• A culture you'll want to be part of. We hire and grow people around six core values: Accountable, Hungry, Humble, Customer Focused, Innovative, and Smart.
• Health, 401(k), vehicle or allowance, phone, PTO, training

What you'll do

• Find and win new business. You enjoy prospecting and don't wait for leads to show up.
• Build and grow a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Build lasting relationships with owners, asset managers, property managers, facility managers, building engineers, and roof consultants.
• Get involved in local associations, chambers, trade groups, and business forums to grow your network and your book.
• Assess roofs and project needs, write scopes of work, and give customers clear recommendations.
• Present your own proposals and become the commercial roofing expert your client’s trust.
• Keep your CRM (Dataforma) accurate and up to date so you always know where every deal stands.
• Keep learning about roofing systems, waterproofing, and project requirements.
• Help build a culture known for fast responses, great service, and professionalism.
• Represent and strengthen the Rackley Roofing brand in the market.
