Sales Conversion & Lead Support: identify potential sales opportunities, support lead follow-up when relevant, and assist the RV Sales team with customer information and documentation.
Stock, Consumables & Depot Organisation: manage cleaning supplies, kits, consumables, and equipment, report shortages or damages, and help keep the depot organised and ready for daily operations.
Basic Product & Technical Support: explain basic vehicle systems such as lighting, gas, water, and other RV features, troubleshoot simple issues, and escalate when needed.
