Take significant transactional responsibility from negotiation to closing.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate EPC, O&M, and power purchase agreements.
Manage multiple sophisticated matters while meeting demanding deadlines.

Requirements:

7–10 years of law firm experience in renewable energy or infrastructure.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and legal research skills.
Licensed to practice law in your state of residence.
