Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Dev Ops Engineer with a specialization in AWS to join their fully remote team. This critical role involves architecting, implementing, and managing our cloud infrastructure to ensure maximum scalability, reliability, and security. You will be responsible for automating infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and operational processes, enabling development teams to deploy code rapidly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain scalable and highly available infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Develop and manage robust CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, build, and deployment processes. Implement and manage infrastructure as code (Ia C) using tools like Terraform and Ansible. Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement proactive solutions to ensure optimal operation. Implement and enforce security best practices across the cloud environment. Collaborate with development teams to optimize application deployment and operational efficiency. Provide on-call support and troubleshoot complex production issues. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of professional experience in Dev Ops or SRE roles, with a strong focus on AWS. Proven expertise in managing cloud infrastructure, including EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, and Cloud Formation/Terraform. Extensive experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash) and experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git Lab CI).
