Remote Senior Cloud-Native Success Architect

Cisco Systems is seeking a Customer Success Architect to join the Cisco Isovalent Enterprise Platform team. This remote role serves customers across the EMEA region, focusing on Kubernetes, cloud-native technologies, and networking to ensure production workloads run reliably.

Help our customers be successful with Cilium Enterprise. Engage with assigned accounts to design and guide production rollouts. Build deep technical relationships and be a trusted advisor. Conduct workshops on product capabilities. Collaborate with engineering and support to unblock customer issues. Create workshops, training materials, reference architectures, and product documentation. Provide informed recommendations for cloud-native solutions based on tech and business needs. Stay passionate about technology and open source within CNCF landscape. 4+ years in advanced Kubernetes architecture and related components. 3+ years leading or guiding customers in adopting Kubernetes and cloud-native tech at scale. Proven experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Demonstrated knowledge of Kubernetes networking and networking concepts. Knowledge of cloud-native security guidelines and observability pillars. Experience with enterprise-grade Kubernetes systems and Cisco ACI is a plus.
