We are searching the cosmos for a Rust Developer - an extraordinary explorer who's ready to journey into the exciting world of blockchain technology with us. Our quest? To transform the future, to turn mere ideas into concrete realities, and to redefine the boundaries of what's possible.
The ideal candidate for this role is not only skilled with Rust, but is a motivated individual with a strong willingness to take on new challenges in the rapidly evolving field of blockchain technology. If you have a passion for pushing the boundaries of technology and are driven by results, we invite you to apply.
In this role, you'll need to be both autonomous and collaborative - capable of crafting your own path through unexplored terrain, but always ready to join forces with your team when it's time to take on a shared challenge.
Responsibilities:
Generous token scheme
Receive a substantial allocation from our Early Team tokens
Mindfulness is important to us
It's important that our people (employees and contractors) have plenty of time to replenish their minds, body and soul. We also let our people decide when to their public holidays off instead of following the local days.
Health & wellness stipends
Have a gym or meditation app membership? Great - then we'll subsidise part of the cost for you!
We're all about growth
Our annual structured performance reviews and monthly 1:1 check-ins allow our people and their leaders to see where they can learn and develop. Our learning and development programme also gives our team some budget and time off to spend on their learning.
Team bonding events & Annual company retreat
We work hard and have fun along the way, so we wouldn't miss the chance to gather in a rewarding location once a year! We also regularly host team bonding events.
Laptop of your choice
Upon onboarding, you get to choose the laptop you work with. And after passing our 3-month probationary period, it’s yours to keep!
