Remote Network Security Engineer - Protect Critical Assets

Quik Hire Staffing in Italy is seeking a Network Security Engineer for a full-time, remote-leaning hybrid role. You will design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructure to protect against cyber threats.

Responsibilities include monitoring traffic, analyzing incidents, conducting security audits, and enforcing policies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into network architecture.

Design, deploy, and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS. Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments. Monitor network traffic for anomalies and respond to incidents in real time. Develop and enforce network security policies, standards, and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into network architecture. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in network security engineering or a similar role. Proficiency with SIEM, IDS/IPS, and firewalls.
