Remote Health & Fitness Coach

About the role

We’re seeking elite fitness professionals with 5-10+ years of outstanding one-on-one coaching experience with female clients in both nutrition and fitness. We want only those who excel—driven, highly knowledgeable, and passionately dedicated individuals committed to transforming lives through fitness and nutrition.

• Lead with Expertise: Leverage your extensive experience to deliver the WarriorBabe methodology with precision, focusing on advanced resistance training and detailed macronutrient tracking to propel clients toward their goals.

• Full-Time Dedication: Manage a high-caliber roster of 50+ WarriorBabe clients with unwavering commitment, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and a dedication to each client's success.

• Own Client Results & Retention: Take full ownership of the client experience from onboarding through long-term coaching. Building strong relationships, keeping clients engaged, helping them overcome challenges, and delivering measurable results are critical to your success in this role. Client retention is a key performance indicator and a direct reflection of your ability to create a coaching experience that keeps clients progressing and committed for the long term.

• Obsess Over Results: Exhibit a relentless passion for client achievement, providing meticulous, personalized guidance and consistent follow-ups to ensure clients continue making progress.

• Communicate with Precision: Utilize outstanding written and verbal communication skills to ensure clients effectively track every crucial aspect of their program for maximum success.

• Long-Term Vision: We are looking for team members who are in it for the long haul—individuals who are focused solely on helping clients succeed and are not interested in managing the broader components of running an online fitness business.

If you are driven by health and fitness, have a relentless passion to inspire and achieve excellence, and are eager to contribute to a world-class team with a shared vision, we want you. Embrace this opportunity to make a lasting impact with WarriorBabe and grow with us for the long term!

What you'll do

• Future-Focused Communication & Contribution: Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through written communication, Loom check-ins, the Facebook Community, and Zoom calls. Keep clients engaged, motivated, and focused on sustainable progress while actively contributing to the coaching team through Slack, team meetings, and ongoing collaboration.

• World-Class Coaching & Client Retention: Deliver an exceptional coaching experience through individualized nutrition and training guidance, weekly Loom check-ins, detailed review of food logs and biofeedback, and thoughtful program adjustments. Client retention is a key measure of success in this role. World-class coaches create strong client relationships, consistently deliver value, identify when a client is struggling or disengaging, and take proactive steps to help them continue progressing and achieve long-term results.

• Radical Transparency in Programming & Communication: Provide clear, honest, and transparent guidance around training, nutrition, progress, and challenges. Communicate proactively with clients and the coaching team, surface concerns early, and ensure every client understands what they need to do to be successful.

• Extreme Ownership of the Client Experience: Take full responsibility for the success and experience of every client on your roster. Don't abandon a client when they struggle, disengage, plateau, or face personal obstacles. Identify problems early, take action, communicate with the appropriate team members, and do everything within your role to help the client get back on track and remain successful.

Qualifications

• Remote Coaching Experience: 3–10+ years of hands-on experience coaching clients one-on-one in both fitness and nutrition, with significant experience working in a fully remote coaching environment and managing a large virtual client roster.

• Proven Client Retention: Demonstrated ability to build strong, long-term client relationships, maintain engagement, and consistently retain clients through exceptional coaching, communication, and results.

• Expert Knowledge: Strong understanding of exercise, nutrition, and behavior change, with the ability to apply that knowledge to diverse client needs and individual goals.

• Credentials & Technology: Accredited certification in personal training and nutrition coaching, or a relevant degree in kinesiology, exercise science, nutrition, or a related field. Highly comfortable using technology to manage communication, programming, check-ins, and client relationships.

• Remote Self-Management: Highly organized, self-directed, and accountable with excellent time management and communication skills. Comfortable managing competing priorities independently while remaining an active and reliable member of a remote team.
