Remote Backend Engineer - Micro Platforms & Microservices

Hire Feed is seeking a Software Engineer, Micro Platforms to design, develop, and maintain scalable micro platforms that support core business services. This fully remote role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions in a distributed system environment.

You will design, build backend services, and work with DevOps to ensure smooth deployment and monitoring of platforms.

Design, build, and maintain scalable micro platforms for core services. Implement and optimize backend services using modern development practices. Collaborate with DevOps to deploy and monitor platforms. Write clean, maintainable, testable code following best practices. Troubleshoot issues across distributed systems. 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a backend focus. Proficiency in Go, Python, Java, or similar languages. Strong understanding of microservices and distributed systems. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containers (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
