Relocation Sales Consultant

WE'RE HIRING A SALES HUNTER WITH MAIN‑CHARACTER ENERGY

Residential/Household Goods Salesperson (a.k.a. Professional "Mover‑of‑People-Who-Are-Moving")

Do you thrive on meeting new people? Do you get a rush from turning a casual chat into a business opportunity? Do you have big networking energy and a suspiciously large collection of business cards?

Perfect. Keep reading.

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):

Become the most connected, trusted, and talked‑about human in the region when it comes to moving households.

Basically: We want someone who walks into a room and leaves with 6 warm leads, 2 referrals, and the host's Wi‑Fi password.

Job Responsibilities

Lead Questing

You'll build alliances with:

• Real estate agents (the wizards of location, location, location)
• Property managers (keepers of the keys)
• Senior living communities (champions of transition)
• Home builders, designers, restoration crews, security teams... Basically anyone who knows someone who knows someone who might be moving.

Sales Presentations

Give in‑home or virtual walkthroughs where you charmingly explain: "Here's why moving with us won't make you want to scream into a pillow."

Customer Woo-ing

You'll get to know people. Real people. People who are overwhelmed by boxes, timelines, and whether they should keep the ceramic cat statue. You'll help guide them-and they'll love you for it.

Closing, Negotiating, Winning

You're the hero with the contract. You negotiate with clarity, confidence, and the occasional tasteful metaphor.

Following Up Like A Pro

You don't ghost. You don't forget. You are follow‑up royalty.

Market Intelligence

You'll stay informed, stay sharp, and stay ahead. Basically like a detective, but with fewer hats and more spreadsheets.

Who You Are

• A natural networker (possibly the mayor of your friend group)
• Energized by building relationships and creating new opportunities
• Great at sales and even better at relationships
• Organized enough to manage a pipeline and curious enough to keep learning (and remember birthdays)
• Motivated like a marathon runner chasing a taco truck
• Comfortable with technology, or quick to pick it up
• A people-person, people-whisperer, people-magnet type who knows how to connect and build trust
• You hear "commission" and think: Yes. Challenge accepted.
• Whether you're experienced in sales or just getting started, you're someone who's eager to learn, grow, and develop your skills. We're looking for individuals who are hungry to succeed. We'll provide the training, support, and mentorship to help you get there.

What You Get

• A solid 18 months of base salary to build your pipeline, confidence, and empire
• Transition to commissionwith strong, uncapped earning potential
• Flexibility in your schedule - because big sales don't always happen 8–5
• The backing of a stable, reputable company with a strong presence in the market
• Training, support, and the opportunity to grow your career with us
• The chance to become locally famous (in a good way)

Why This Job Rocks

You're not sitting around waiting for leads to fall from the sky. You're creating them. Building a personal brand. Becoming the face of moving excellence in the region.
