Our mission

To become the world's most trusted investment platform connecting private and public markets, making institutional-quality investment opportunities accessible, transparent, and well-structured.

As we continue expanding in Kazakhstan, we're looking for a Senior Relationship Manager who excels at building long-term relationships with affluent clients and helping them find the right investment solutions, not simply selling financial products.

What you'll do

• Acquire high-net-worth clients with investable assets of $1M+ USD through your professional network, referrals, and personal relationships.

• Present Raison's investment solutions, including discretionary portfolio management, structured products, private equity, pre-IPO opportunities, and other investment offerings.

• Lead client meetings and negotiations throughout the entire investment journey -from the initial introduction to investment execution.

• Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients. We believe lasting partnerships are built over years, not through a single transaction.

• Achieve fundraising and asset acquisition targets with a highly competitive performance-based compensation structure.

What we're looking for

• 3–5 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, investment advisory, brokerage, or financial services.

• An established book of HNW/UHNW clients (this is a key requirement).

• Proven experience in consultative sales and complex financial negotiations.

• Strong investment knowledge with the ability to discuss wealth planning, risk management, and portfolio strategy, not simply product features.

• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

• English (B2 or above) is a strong advantage when working with international clients and investment opportunities.

You'll thrive at Raison if you

• Put clients first. We don't sell products to hit quotas, we begin with understanding each client's goals.

• Have strong investment expertise and can explain sophisticated financial concepts with clarity and confidence.

• Are highly self-driven, capable of independently managing and growing your client portfolio.

• Share our philosophy of co-investing alongside our clients, aligning our interests and outcomes.

How we work

• Office-based role in Astana, Kazakhstan

• Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Work alongside an international team specializing in private markets, venture capital, and fixed income.

• Receive ongoing support from our investment analysts and product specialists.

• Enjoy transparent processes, clear KPIs, and the opportunity to shape the growth of our Kazakhstan business.

What we offer

• Competitive base salary plus an attractive performance-based bonus linked to assets raised.

• Access to exclusive investment opportunities typically reserved for institutional investors.

• The opportunity to work with world-class investment products, including SpaceX, Kraken, Anthropic, leading venture capital funds, structured products, and private market investments.

• Professional and career growth within a fast-growing international fintech and investment company.

• Invitations to exclusive Wealth Club events, connecting you with investors, entrepreneurs, and industry experts around the world.

If this role sounds like a fit, we'd love to hear from you.
