Registered Architect (Partner)

Feeling like you're capable of more, but haven't been given a genuine pathway to ownership?

This could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

The Business

Based on the Gold Coast, close to public transport, great cafés and walking distance to the beach, this established architectural practice has built a strong reputation for delivering thoughtful, commercially successful projects across a diverse portfolio.

With a strong pipeline of work and a clear long-term vision, the Directors are seeking an experienced Registered Architect who is ready to step beyond project delivery and are ready to enter the business as a shareholder on a structured three-year succession plan.

Working closely with the existing Directors, you will play an active role in shaping the future of the practice, influencing strategic decisions, mentoring the team, strengthening client relationships and driving sustainable growth.

For the right individual, this represents a genuine succession and ownership opportunity within an established and respected Gold Coast practice.
