• Develop and implement corrective action plans; prepare for and participate in audits, monitoring visits, and contract compliance reviews.

• Oversee data quality and timely documentation across EHR, HMIS, and care management platforms.

Budget & Resource Management

• Manage program budgets across all contract areas, ensuring fiscal responsibility and contract compliance.

• Monitor expenditures, forecast resource needs, and recommend budget adjustments or reallocation as needed.

• Oversee staffing levels, caseload ratios, and productivity standards to ensure capacity and prevent staff burnout.

Partnership & Community Relations

• Represent City Net in community coalitions, collaborative meetings, and regional planning bodies addressing homelessness, healthcare, and social determinants of health.

• Facilitate effective referral pathways and warm hand-offs between programs and external service providers including Medi-Cal managed care plans, health systems, and housing agencies.

• Serve as a regional leader in identifying system barriers and collaborating with partners to improve access to housing, healthcare, and supportive services.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present to diverse audiences including funders, partners, and community stakeholders.

• Proficiency with EHR, HMIS, and care management software platforms.
