THE ROLE
We’re looking for an Operations Manager to lead daily execution across a group of 2–3 depots and approximately 300–450 vehicles.
Reporting to the District Manager, you’ll lead Operations Supervisors and their depot teams, ensuring vehicles are ready and delivered on time, teams have the right staffing and knowledge, and operating standards are consistently followed.
This is a hands-on, field-based leadership position. You’ll be based at the largest depot within your assigned group, travel frequently between locations, and serve as the first escalation point for critical operational issues.
