Actively engage with key external stakeholders including KOLs, industry bodies, and strategic partners.
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing marketing team with a strong commercial and execution mindset.
Build a collaborative, cross-functional culture that aligns Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales and Operations around shared outcomes.
