As a regional digital bank, we have the right foundation—data, technology, and trust—because we are Built With Heart. We believe that real impact starts with real people. If you're ready to Own The Mission and help us shape the future of Digital banking, we invite you to join us.

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own Core Experience and Loyalty across our regional banking experiences at GXS in Singapore and GXBank in Malaysia.

This role sits in a domain that currently spans ownership of the core experiences of the apps, including app navigation, personalized discovery, rewards and engagement journeys across our banking apps. The related surfaces include homepage, profile sections, missions, rewards, loyalty, referral and cross-product experiences.

You will shape how customers discover value, engage repeatedly, and build lasting habits across the app experience. You will work across MY and SG markets and products to create simple, intelligent and high-impact user journeys that improve activation, engagement, retention and cross-sell outcomes.

You will also act as the custodian of the app experience, with responsibility for the quality and coherence of core journeys that cut across products. This includes ownership of app ratings, login journeys and cross-product experiences such as step-up authentication.

This is a lead PM role for someone who can operate strategically while still driving execution deeply with design, engineering, data, marketing and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy for Core Experience and Loyalty across GXS and GXB apps

• Act as the product custodian for the overall app experience and navigation across GXS and GXB, ensuring consistency, quality and usability across core customer journeys

• Own the end-to-end customer experience for discovery, personalization, rewards, referral and engagement surfaces

• Lead the roadmap for key areas such as homepage experience, profile sections, missions, loyalty mechanics, rewards-led engagement and contextual product discovery

• Own and improve horizontal journeys that cut across products, including login, authentication and other shared app experiences

• Identify the highest-impact customer and business problems across GXS and GXB, and translate them into clear product priorities

• Create scalable product patterns and platforms that can be reused across markets, products and partner surfaces

• Drive product decisions using customer insight, behavioral data, experimentation and commercial outcomes

• Partner closely with engineering, design and analytics to ship high-quality experiences with speed and rigor

• Influence cross-functional stakeholders across product, growth, marketing, operations and leadership to align on strategy, trade-offs and execution plans

• Build a strong operating rhythm across roadmap planning, prioritization, delivery, launch readiness and post-launch measurement

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time spent in consumer product, growth, engagement, marketplace, fintech or loyalty products

• Proven ability to lead ambiguous, cross-functional problem spaces and turn them into clear product strategy and execution

• Strong product judgment across customer experience, experimentation, engagement loops, incentives and long-term value creation

• Experience owning products that combine UX, platform capability, business logic and operational complexity

• Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to diagnose issues, size opportunities and evaluate results

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leaders across functions and markets

• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution detail

• Experience in digital banking, growth products, rewards, loyalty or adjacent financial services domains is strongly preferred

• Thinks in customer journeys, not isolated features

• Understands how discovery, incentives and product value work together to drive engagement

• Can simplify complexity across multiple teams, markets and product surfaces

• Is comfortable making trade-offs between foundational platform work and near-term business impact

• Raises the quality of thinking, execution and product craft across the team
