Regional Account Manager, Global Clients Program (6 Months FTC)

The role will be based in Dublin.

At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centred on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

LinkedIn is seeking a Regional Growth Lead to accelerate growth across the Global Clients Program by identifying, qualifying, and activating whitespace opportunities within some of the world's largest and most complex organizations.

Unlike traditional account management roles, this position is focused on growth creation rather than account ownership.

The Regional Growth Lead will uncover expansion opportunities across subsidiaries, business units, regions, and buying centres while creating scalable prospecting motions that increase pipeline generation across GCP portfolios.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, account planning, market intelligence, AI-enabled prospecting, and business development.

The successful candidate will combine strategic account planning with creative hunting capabilities to uncover opportunities that otherwise remain invisible within complex global account structures.
