ABOUT US:
We are an SMM agency working with large commercial projects and looking for a person who knows how to create content: from idea to publication and analysis of results.
The main task — editing reels and creating content for social media.

TASKS:

• Edit reels.
• Generate ideas and topics for content.
• Write scripts for videos and texts for posts.
• Independently search for videos, photos, information, and references.
• Publish finished content on various platforms.
• Analyze audience reaction and content results.
• Prepare project reporting.
• No filming needed. The work is built on materials from the client and independently found content.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience working on large commercial projects.
• Strong portfolio and case studies.
• Confident work in CapCut, InShot, or similar programs.
• Ability to create dynamic videos and write lively texts.
• Understanding of what content attracts attention and influences audience behavior.
• Skill to independently dive into a project, find ideas, and gather materials without waiting for a detailed brief for every video or post.
• Skill to meet deadlines and stay in touch.

CONDITIONS:

• Remote work.
• Project-based employment.
• Payment separately for each project.
• Payment size depends on the volume of content and tasks.
