Red Flag is a multi-award-winning agency that has transformed how businesses, associations and non-profits strategise, communicate and influence.

Founded in 2013, Red Flag has grown rapidly in stature and reputation, representing and advising leading companies, coalitions and industry associations from offices in Dublin, Brussels, London, Washington DC and Cape Town. Since 2025, Red Flag has been part of Ankura Consulting Group, a premier expert services and advisory firm, and today operates as Red Flag, an Ankura company. Together, the two firms are building on that shared strength to deliver solutions for clients navigating increasingly complex business, policy, regulatory, trade and reputational challenges.

Red Flag's expert campaigners are recognised as amongst the most creative, diligent and dedicated consultants in our industry, and we work hand-in-hand with the most interesting and exciting clients to conceive and execute multi-disciplinary and innovative campaigns that win.

Having secured significant new business, Red Flag is now seeking a like-minded, enthusiastic and motivated candidate for a new and important role in our agency. This is an excellent and exciting opportunity to join our talented team of former government advisers, senior diplomats, journalists, multinational executives and expert political and strategic consultants.

This is a newly created position at Red Flag, reflecting the growing role that digital channels play in the campaigns we run for clients. The successful candidate will operate at the intersection between public affairs, communications and campaigning, bringing specialist digital expertise to campaigns that are, at their core, about messaging, narrative and influence.

Red Flag prides itself on being an industry-leading employer. We have an established policy of promoting from within and provide a staff development programme and clear pathways to promotion, as well as generous staff benefits and incentives. These include hybrid working, annual company and personal performance-based bonuses and incentives for winning new business.

This specific position is offered for a Digital Senior Account Manager to be based in our office in Dublin, with the opportunity of hybrid working. Candidates in other locations may be considered. Some international travel may be required.
