RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT – DIGITAL MARKETING

Manchester | Entry Level | Full-Time

Ambitious? Good with people? Want a career where your success actually gets rewarded?

Tribal Recruitment is growing, and we're looking for an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant to join our Manchester team, specialising in Digital Marketing recruitment.

No recruitment experience? No problem.

We're hiring for attitude, ambition and potential.

If you're confident, competitive, good with people and want to build a career where you can progress quickly and earn well, we want to hear from you.

WHO ARE TRIBAL?

We're a specialist recruitment business working with exciting agencies and brands across the digital marketing industry.

We recruit talent across:

Paid Social

PPC / Paid Search

SEO

Programmatic

Performance Marketing

CRM

Growth Marketing

Digital Strategy

Client Services

WHAT WILL YOU ACTUALLY BE DOING?

Recruitment is part sales, part networking and part matchmaking.

You'll spend your days:

Speaking to candidates and finding out what they want from their next move

Hunting down great digital marketing talent on LinkedIn and other platforms

Building relationships with agencies, brands and hiring managers

Learning the digital marketing industry inside out

Matching great candidates with the right opportunities

Managing interviews, feedback and job offers

Developing new client relationships

Building your own network and, eventually, your own recruitment desk

You'll be on the phone, on LinkedIn, meeting people and constantly building relationships.

This isn't an admin job.

It's a commercial role where the more you put into it, the more you can get out of it.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We're not expecting you to know recruitment already.

You might be a graduate.

You might have worked in sales, hospitality or retail.

Or you might simply be looking for your first serious career opportunity.

What matters is that you're:

Ambitious — you want to progress and build something for yourself.

Confident — you're comfortable speaking to people you've never met before.

Competitive — you like targets and you like winning.

Resilient — recruitment has plenty of highs and lows, and you don't give up easily.

Curious — you want to understand people, businesses and what makes them tick.

Commercial — you're motivated by results and the opportunity to earn more as you become successful.

Personable — you can build genuine relationships rather than sounding like a salesperson reading from a script.

And you'll need to be comfortable picking up the phone and making things happen.

WHAT DO YOU GET?

We'll give you the training, tools and support to learn recruitment properly.

You'll learn how to headhunt candidates, develop new business, negotiate, manage clients and ultimately build your own specialist recruitment market.

In return for performing, you'll have the opportunity for:

Fast career progression

Uncapped earning potential

Clear targets and development

Training in recruitment, sales and digital marketing

Direct exposure to candidates, founders and hiring managers

A career where strong performance gets noticed and rewarded

WHY DIGITAL MARKETING?

You'll be recruiting into one of the fastest-moving areas of business.

Paid Social. Google Ads. TikTok. SEO. Programmatic. Performance. CRM. AI.

The way businesses acquire customers is constantly changing — and they need great people to make it happen.

Your job is to become an expert in that talent market.

SOUND LIKE YOU?

You don't need years of experience.

You don't need to know everything about digital marketing.

You don't need to have worked in recruitment before.

You do need ambition, confidence, resilience and the drive to succeed.

If you want a career where you can build your network, develop serious commercial skills and directly influence how quickly you progress and how much you earn, come and build it with Tribal.
