Junior Recruiter

Better Companies is a multi-brand financial services organization providing debt relief, tax support, and business funding solutions. We’re strengthening our operations, refining our systems, and building a more cohesive, efficient experience across our brands. Our approach is grounded in transparency, strong operational foundations, and well-structured processes that support reliable execution and scalable growth.

About the Role

Are you quick on your feet, adaptable, and motivated by building genuine connections in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We are looking for a driven Junior Recruiter to join our team in Irvine, CA and support hiring across our growing multifamily portfolio, with a primary focus on recruiting for financial sales roles.

While this is an entry point into Talent Acquisition, it carries high visibility and is structured to rapidly develop you into a mid-level recruiter. This position blends operational coordination with sales-focused recruiting—meaning outbound outreach, pitching opportunities, and relationship-building are at the core of what you do. We care far less about years of recruiting experience and much more about your personality, work ethic, and drive to succeed.

If you are resilient, have a willingness to learn, and bring high energy, we will teach you the rest!

Location: Irvine, CA (Fully In-Office)

Compensation: $25.00/hour starting rate + eligibility for performance-based bonuses

Job Type: Full-Time (Non-Exempt/Hourly)
