Recruiter

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for blue-collar and site safety manpower roles.

• Facilitate workforce secondment deployments and manage job postings on recruitment platforms.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand operational project needs.

• Participate in inclusive hiring initiatives, including actively working with ex-offenders through programs like Yellow Ribbon.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or related fields.

• Experience in mass recruitment or industrial workforce sourcing is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple hiring requirements.

• Open-minded and committed to inclusive hiring practices.

WORK ARRANGEMENTS

Full-time, permanent employment.

44 hours per week.

Working pattern: Regular Hours.

Location: East of Singapore.
