Recruiter / IT Talent Acquisition Specialist

Full-cycle IT recruiting · Growth path to HR Generalist · Reports to CEO · Long-term collaboration
ABOUT THE COMPANY:
Workeron AI is an AI Transformation Partner Agency. We help companies implement AI into real business operations through AI agents, automations, custom workflows, and digital employees. We work at the intersection of AI, product thinking, automation, and execution — and we're building a strong delivery team to launch and scale client AI solutions quickly and efficiently.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a hybrid role from day one. You will run full-cycle recruitment — and in parallel take on core HR operations: onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management.
Within 3–4 months, as the team grows, the role expands into a full HR Generalist position with a salary increase to $2,000/month. We are looking for someone who wants to grow in that direction — not just close vacancies.
MISSION OF THE ROLE
Build a predictable hiring pipeline and close key roles with speed and quality — while keeping the HR infrastructure of the team running smoothly.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
RECRUITING
→Run full-cycle recruitment for IT and digital roles end to end
→Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, communities, direct outreach, referrals, and alternative channels
→Conduct first-round screening calls and assess candidates on experience, communication, motivation, and fit
→Present qualified shortlists with clear comments and recommendations
→Coordinate interviews with founders and hiring managers
→Occasionally support executive search for CTO, Head of Product, and similar roles
→Maintain structured pipelines, scorecards, and recruitment reporting
HR OPERATIONS
→Run onboarding for new hires — from offer acceptance to first weeks in the team
→Manage offboarding process when team members leave
→Maintain employee data: vacations, sick leaves, contracts, and other HR records
→Support team administration and internal HR processes as the company scales
→3 successfully closed Middle / Senior roles per month
→Stable pipeline of relevant candidates for active vacancies at all times
→High-quality shortlists with clear comments, not raw CV dumps
→Smooth onboarding and offboarding — new hires integrated, exits handled cleanly
→Employee records and HR data maintained accurately and up to date
→Organized, fast, and transparent recruitment and HR processes

REQUIREMENTS:
→3+ years of experience in IT recruitment
→Proven track record closing Middle and Senior level technical roles
→Strong understanding of the IT hiring market
→Ability to evaluate candidates beyond keyword matching — experience, context, potential
→Strong headhunting and sourcing skills across multiple channels
→Comfortable running basic HR operations: onboarding, offboarding, employee records
→Ability to work independently and drive vacancies to closure fast
→Good communication skills and structured reporting habits
→English sufficient for candidate communication and full recruiting workflow
→Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for results

WHAT WE OFFER
→$1,400–1,700/month to start, growing to $2,000/month upon transition to HR Generalist
→Clear growth path: Recruiter → HR Generalist within 3–4 months
→Remote full-time with flexible schedule
→Direct work with founders and core team — no corporate bureaucracy
→Real influence on company growth through hiring quality and people operations
→Opportunity to build HR function from scratch in an ambitious AI company
