As part of our Global Talent Acquisition team, you’ll help us find, attract, and hire talent to support our internal clients. • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored hiring strategies
• Source, engage, and assess both active and passive candidates through diverse channels
• Conduct structured interviews, ensuring fair and consistent evaluation practices
• Act as a trusted advisor to business partners, providing market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring recommendations
• Ensure a strong candidate experience by managing communication and feedback throughout the process
• Partner with TA leadership on projects such as employer branding, inclusive hiring, or process improvements
• Negotiate offers and close candidates
• Track, analyze, and provide data-driven recruitment updates (time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health)

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3+ years recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes across EMEA regions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
