Recruiter

Ready to take the next step in your recruiting career? CMT is looking for a Recruiter II to own full-cycle recruiting and drive sourcing across our growing teams. This is a role with real ownership where you will partner directly with hiring managers and shape how we attract top talent. • Identify and engage qualified candidates using advanced sourcing techniques, such as Boolean searches and social media recruitment strategies
• Collaborate with hiring managers and the Head of Talent to refine and execute sourcing and recruiting strategies, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality candidates for technical positions
• Take ownership of small-to-moderate recruiting projects, demonstrating initiative in solving hiring challenges and optimizing recruitment processes
• Contribute to team objectives by actively participating in discussions, sharing insights, and implementing feedback to improve sourcing effectiveness
• Assist in refining and documenting best practices for sourcing and recruiting to enhance team performance and scalability
• Complete any additional tasks that may arise

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience and/or certification in a related field
• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a track record of sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates for technical roles
• Proven sourcing skills, with expertise in using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and other channels to identify and engage technical talent
• Ability to work autonomously on defined tasks and independently solve challenges with moderate supervision

Nice to Haves:

• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques, including social media recruitment and creating Boolean search strings
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Greenhouse, is a strong advantage
• Experience using AI tools to make recruiting faster and more efficient — we put humans first, but value recruiters who leverage AI so they can spend more time connecting with great people

• Equity may be awarded in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)
• Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance, matching 401k, short-term & long-term disability and parental leave
