Perform quantitative analyses and disaggregate complex datasets to identify trends, relationships, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
Establish and apply appropriate data validation, model governance, and quality-control procedures to ensure analyses and reporting are complete, consistent, transparent, and accurate.
Present complex real estate, financial, and analytical information in clear, concise formats appropriate for technical and non-technical audiences.
Work directly with government stakeholders to identify emerging needs, clarify assumptions, evaluate alternatives, and proactively recommend solutions.
Develop documentation, model guides, user guides, standard operating procedures, and other supporting materials for financial models, reports, dashboards, and analytical processes.
Provide ongoing support, enhancements, troubleshooting, and quality assurance for models, reports, dashboards, and analytical tools developed for the customer.
