About the Role

True Blue HR Consultants is looking for a talented and highly experienced React Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing both front-end and back-end features for our web applications, owning solutions end-to-end. You will work closely with designers, product managers and other engineers to bring our vision to life, while also mentoring junior engineers and driving technical best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain reusable React components and scalable back-end services/APIs
• Architect full-stack solutions, from database design to front-end implementation
• Write clean, maintainable and efficient code across the stack
• Lead and participate in code reviews, providing feedback and technical guidance to other engineers
• Stay up-to-date on the latest React, Node.js and full-stack trends and technologies
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across the front-end and back-end
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to ensure a seamless user experience
• Design and integrate RESTful/ GraphQL APIs and third-party services
• Own database design, optimization and data modelling.
• Write unit, integration and end-to-end tests
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and help shape engineering best practices

Qualifications:

• 8 to 12 years of experience in software development, with strong hands-on experience as a React developer and full stack engineer
• Strong understanding of React concepts, including JSX, virtual DOM, hooks and state management
• Experience with Redux or other state management libraries
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Strong back-end experience with Node.js (Express/NestJS or similar frameworks)
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
• Hands-on experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
• Experience with build tools like Webpack or Parcel
• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha or Cypress
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker)
• Solid understanding of system design and software architecture principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proven ability to work independently, lead initiatives and mentor a team
• Experience implementing both front-end and back-end API integrations across various data sources

• Experience with TypeScript across the full stack
• Experience with GraphQL
• Experience with server-side rendering (Next.js or similar)
• Experience with mobile development (React Native)
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Prior experience working in healthcare, AI/ML or data analytics domains
