Summary
The React Engineer will primarily focus on building a production-grade chat application, enhancing user experience through effective UI development using modern technologies.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop a polished chat application using React.
Ensure application delivers a seamless and engaging user experience.
Collaborate with the design team to implement modern design systems.
Manage client-side states effectively to achieve real-time interactions.
Utilize AI-assisted tools to enhance productivity in development.
Key Requirements:
Strong production experience with React and TypeScript.
Proficiency in Tailwind CSS and familiarity with shadcn/ui, Radix UI, or other modern design systems.
Proven experience in building real-time streaming UIs.
Ability to manage complex client-side state.
Strong experience with AI-assisted tools such as Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Dynamics 365 / Dataverse (entities, activity types).
Familiarity with streaming AI APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, SSE-based LLMs).
Other Details:
Project Context: Development of a standalone chat application.
