- Establish, maintain, and report key performance indicators, including track initiation timelines, track continuity, false alarm and false track ratios, positional accuracy, and target solution generation metrics.
- Evaluate data across test configurations, operational scenarios, and environmental conditions to identify performance trends, anomalies, and degradation.
- Develop an understanding of radar operating principles, signal and data processing pipelines, target tracking algorithms, and kinematic solution generation.
- Investigate raw telemetry and detailed data streams to identify causes of unexpected tracking behavior or differences between expected and observed performance.
- Organize and document test datasets, analytical scripts, data parsing routines, and standardized performance reporting workflows.
- Collaborate with radar subject matter experts, systems engineers, and Government stakeholders to identify opportunities for system refinement and performance improvement.
- Translate analytical findings into clear graphical reports and PowerPoint presentations.
- Brief findings, trends, and actionable recommendations to engineering teams, project managers, and Government stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, Data Analytics, or a related technical discipline.
- 2+ years of experience performing data analysis, identifying trends, or evaluating performance using complex technical datasets.
