R&D Test Engineer - Automate Quality & CI/CD

Successfactors is seeking an R&D Test Engineer to act as a technical expert in automating tests and maintaining testing solutions. You will work closely with Developers, PMO, DevOps, and QA to ensure quality, reliability, and performance of products.

Responsibilities include defining test strategies, building automated frameworks, and integrating tests into CI/CD. Strong coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills are required, with a focus on testability and maintainability.

Analyze requirements to define test strategies that meet quality and performance goals. Design, develop and maintain automated test infra to improve coverage and reliability. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support release readiness. Collaborate in design reviews to ensure testability and maintainability; document results. Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Around 1 to 3 years of experience in software automation testing, or SDLC. Experience with API testing, Java, Python, Playwright, TypeScript; Linux, Git, JFrog; CI/CD. Variable compensation Welfare and benefits package
