Join a team that builds software for the future of industrial automation and high-voltage equipment monitoring. Our work supports reliable power systems, safer operations, and smarter maintenance decisions. You will be part of a collaborative engineering team that combines software development, automation technology, domain knowledge, and data-driven innovation. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and integrate software solutions for process automation and digital monitoring platforms. You will work on real engineering challenges. You will contribute to scalable applications, configuration tools, device integration, test automation, and intelligent monitoring features. You will collaborate with product owners, domain experts, quality teams, and global engineering stakeholders. To excel in this role, you need strong software engineering fundamentals. You should enjoy solving complex problems. You should write clean, maintainable, and reliable code. You should be comfortable working across the full software development lifecycle. You should also be open to learning industrial protocols, automation systems, high-voltage products, and modern digital technologies. This role offers strong learning and growth opportunities. You will gain exposure to condition monitoring, industrial IoT, edge and cloud connectivity, data analytics, and machine learning concepts. You will strengthen your understanding of high-voltage products such as circuit breakers, disconnectors, modular switchgear, gas compartments, and monitoring sensors. You will also grow as a technical leader by owning key deliverables, improving engineering practices, and mentoring others. This is an opportunity to make a visible impact. Your work will help improve asset reliability, reduce maintenance effort, and support better operational decisions for customers.
You will work in a technology-driven environment focused on high-voltage equipment condition monitoring and digital monitoring solutions for switchgear assets. The role provides exposure to circuit breakers, disconnectors and earthing switches, gas compartments, heater systems, monitoring sensors, communication interfaces, embedded/web-based user interfaces, and data-driven diagnostics. You will contribute to solutions that support early detection of abnormal conditions, predictive and proactive maintenance, improved asset availability, reduced inspection effort, and better operational decision-making. This role also offers opportunities to strengthen domain knowledge in high-voltage products while working with modern industrial software technologies such as IoT integration, industrial AI, digital twins, edge/cloud connectivity, and OT cybersecurity.
