Pit Crew Vibe, Real Impact: Become a Quick Service Tech 🏎️⚡

Let’s be real, nobody wants a boring desk job pushing papers all day. If you like working with your hands, keeping things moving, and learning how cars actually work under the hood, you just found your next move.

We’re looking for a Quick Service Technician to join our team. You’ll be the frontline MVP keeping our customers safe on the road with fast, accurate, and reliable maintenance. No gatekeeping here - We'll support you, gear you up, and help you sharpen your automotive skills.

🎉What’s In It for You (The Capital Advantage)
We're one of Canada's Best Managed Companies for a reason!

• Financial Stability: Competitive pay plans that are reviewed regularly.
• True Work/Life Balance: Paid flex time and predictable scheduling so you can actually enjoy your time off.
• Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical and dental benefits, Short-Term and Long-Term disability, a Health Spending Account, plus an Employee Family Assistance Program.
• Incredible Perks: Employee discounts on vehicle purchases, parts, and servicing, corporate cell phone plan rates, years of service recognition gifts, and more!
• Investment in Your Future: Optional RRSP deductions – because long-term matters, too.
• Career Velocity: We prioritize promoting from within. You’ll get ongoing training and opportunities to grow your career across our Western Canadian network.
• Family First: A maternity leave top-up program and paid bereavement time so you can prioritize what matters most.

📸 What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like

You’re not just changing oil; you’re the doctor giving a car its health checkup. Here’s the main energy you bring every shift:

• The Core Basics: Knock out oil, lube, and filter changes with accuracy and speed.
• The Full Health Check: Run multi-point inspections on batteries, tires, lights, and fluids. Catch hidden issues before they turn into major breakdowns.
• Keep It Clean: Treat every customer’s ride like it’s your own - zero grease stains, zero messy footprints left behind.
• Squad Communication: Sync up with the Parts Team and Service Advisors so everyone stays in the loop and work flows smoothly.
• Tool Pride: Operate equipment like a pro, maintain shop gear, and build out your own technician tool collection.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

No need for 10+ years of master mechanic experience - we care way more about drive, curiosity, and reliability.

• Car Basics: You know your way around standard vehicle components and basic maintenance (or you're a quick learn who loves taking things apart).
• Good Vibes Only: You bring a team-first attitude and aren't afraid to step in and help a coworker when the shop gets busy.
• Detail Oriented: You document your work properly and care about doing the job right the first time.
• Must-Haves: A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record (you'll be moving vehicles around the lot).
